I have worked in the physical therapy and fitness industry over 14 years. I have seen first hand the benefits of training for strength and incorporating recovery techniques and how they work hand in hand. A strong body is important and taking care of that body post training is just as important. I want to help spread the knowledge of how to take care of your body through various techniques. Keeping your body strong, mobile, and rebuilding throughout the day. I worked with all walks of life and fitness levels and value each experience. I am a licensed and nationally certified Athletic Trainer with 8 years of experience in Sports Medicine. Throughout my career I have had the pleasure of working with all types of clients of all ages and fitness levels. From children beginning their career in athletics to current and retired professional athletes looking to take care of their bodies. I want to shed light on the recovery experiences collegiate and professional athletes have that we in the general public do not have access to. I want to work with all to educate and assist to life a life free of pain no matter the circumstances. District Flex is where the journey begins.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I have coached and trained in multiple fitness concepts. My mission when training is helping the Individual become stronger not only physically but mentally as well. My philosophy Is to teach the fundamentals and train for everyday life. By understanding how your body moves we can then utilize basic movements to train for strength , weight loss, longevity, and overall health. Then adding recovery and nutrition and we will be able to live an injury free life.

Tram is a highly skilled massage therapist with a decade of experience. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue and orthopedic rehabilitation massage. Tram brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. She offers personalized care focused on relieving pain, easing muscle tension and aiding in injury recovery. Her dedication to crafting individualized sessions blend relaxation and targeted healing techniques ensuring each client gets the attention they deserve. Autumn Garcia
Autumn has been doing Yoga since 2017. She then began her certification through Black Swan Yoga in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga.

Vinyasa Yoga is breath-to-movement, helping you to attain balance and build strength in your mind and body as you transition into each pose.
My classes are for beginners, intermediates, advanced and athletes who want to improve flexibility and mobility, and gain better balance and build strength. "During class, I provide accommodations to everyone who might need them. Remember that yoga is a practice, so be patient with yourself.
